What's harder to deliver at scale is the earlier stage: helping students who don't yet know what direction to go in move from self-awareness into structured exploration and real-world testing of different paths.

That's the gap the Future Proof Initiative was built to fill. We partner with universities to deliver Career Design workshops and cohort programmes, starting with a free Teaser Session for up to 20 students, through to a structured 4–6 week Career Design Accelerator.
